We assist international Life Sciences companies with strategies to enter into the US market.  We show strategic options (do it alone or partner with other Life Sciences companies or out license the product), develop operational plans, and best approaches to maximize investments. 

Operational (Development and Commercialization) Support

We collaborate with clients to offer product development and commercialization support.  We have the expertise in taking clients through the step-by-step process involved in navigating through the clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization pathways.  We provide hands on support to operationalize key areas along the value chain including regulatory filings, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, marketing, and licensing of product. Overseas Life Sciences companies could also rely on us for full commercialization support.

Investment Raise

In select situations, we work with Life Sciences companies to identify financing needs and raise capital required to setup infrastructure for developing and commercializing products in the US.  We have strategic alliances with key investment groups and Life Sciences companies to evaluate these financing opportunities and strike partnership deals.
